Important Information

  • When you purchase a Christmas Lights Tour (Bus + Boat) joint ticket you will receive two vouchers:
    • One Hop-on Hop-off (1 Day) ticket for unlimited travel with Uber Boat by Thames Clippers on the date stated on the ticket.
    • One CitySightseeing Christmas Lights Tour ticket to be used on the date and time stated on the ticket. This ticket cannot be used to board any other CitySightseeing tour.
  • All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
