Providing a quick, frequent and easy transfer between Rotherhithe and Canary Wharf, Doubletree Docklands Pier is part of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London - Docklands Riverside complex.
Tickets can be bought at ticket machines at the pier before travel, but to save time and money touch in and out with your Oyster or contactless card. You can also buy your tickets online or use the Uber app or the Thames Clippers Tickets app.
RB4, the Doubletree Docklands - Canary Wharf ferry service, is the only service that calls at Doubletree Docklands Pier.
RB4 operates from 06:45 on weekdays and 09:45 on weekends connecting with RB1 and RB6 services from Canary Wharf Pier for travel further afield.

The pier is very well placed for visitors staying in the nearby Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, which can be reached via a short walk (around 3 minutes) from the pier. However, there is also a range of other nearby attractions and amenities that are easily accessible.

On the south side of the river, Rotherhithe and Canada Water on the London Overground are the nearest rail stations. Both stations are a 20-minute walk from the pier, Canary Wharf Pier has connections to the DLR and London Underground networks.
If you’re a keen cyclist, there is also a bank of Santander Cycles across the river near Canary Wharf Pier - a fantastic way to explore the area and can be hired from as little as £2.
The nearby Doubletree London Docklands bus station is served by the C10 bus route, which also allows travel to the nearby Canada Water train station, as well as local travel.

If you require ongoing rail travel into the city, we would recommend crossing the river and disembarking at Canary Wharf, where ongoing travel is much easier to access.

As with most of our piers, Doubletree Docklands pier has step-free access from street level to the boat, so passengers travelling with a wheelchair, pram or mobility scooter will be able to board with ease.
