Getting to The O2
Going to an event
If you're attending an event at The O2 Arena and want to make your day extra special, our timetabled services to North Greenwich Pier depart every 20 minutes 7 days a week from major central London piers, such as Embankment, Westminster and Tower. Please see our timetable here.
Please note: our last boat departing North Greenwich Pier heading towards central London leaves at 2148.
River Bus Express
The River Bus Express is a dedicated fast service running between Central London and The O2 before and after selected arena events. The journey takes around 30 minutes with departures from the London Eye stopping at London Bridge before arriving at North Greenwich for The O2.
On selected event nights, boats leave North Greenwich Pier 15 -20 minutes after the event finishes, meaning you can avoid the queues for the tube.
Sometimes we run special offiers, check this page to see if there are any discounts available
Not going to a show?
No problem! We have regular RB1 and weekend RB1X services that call at North Greenwich Pier every 20 minutes on weekdays and every 15 minutes at weekends. Check out the timetable here.
Choose VIP Champagne River Bus Express tickets to make the night extra special. A glass of Champagne will be served on your eastbound journey to The O2. If bubbly’s not your tipple, you can still purchase any drink of your choice at the fully-stocked bar on board.
After the show, we offer a westbound request service, which allows passengers to stop at any pier they choose along the RB1 commuter route, excluding Blackfriars at weekends. Choose After Show Express when booking and let staff know where you are travelling to on the night.
The Doubletree Docklands Ferry
The Doubletree Docklands Ferry runs later on event nights allowing passengers to make the crossing from Canary Wharf Pier to Doubletree Docklands Pier.
How do I get to The O2 if I’m not coming for an arena event?
There are always lots of great things to do at The O2 whenever you visit. Our regular services depart every 20 minutes from major piers.
