Buying a Season Ticket
You must buy a season ticket before you travel. You cannot buy on board.
Weekly, monthly and annual season tickets can be purchased with our ticketing app, available to download for free. The ticket will be valid from the day of purchase and you just need to activate it as you board.
Weekly, monthly and annual season tickets can be purchased at our ticket offices. Please fill in this form and give two passport style photos to the staff member in the ticket office if you wish to purchase this way.
Annual season tickets are also available to buy through the MBNA Thames Clippers head office. Download the season ticket form here and email it to [email protected] with a passport sized photo. Please allow 7-10 working days for processing. A delivery and admin charge of £7 applies to these tickets.
Renewing a Season Ticket
Weekly, monthly and annual season tickets can be renewed at our ticket offices on the day of expiry. Your new season ticket will be valid from the next working day.
For example, if your season ticket expires on a Thursday, you must renew it on the Thursday and your new ticket will start on Friday.
If your season ticket expires on a Friday, you must renew it on the Friday and the new ticket will start from the following Monday.
Note that this is for renewals only.
If you cannot renew your season ticket on the day of expiry then you will need to do so on the day you wish your new ticket to start. Note that if you begin your journey from a pier without a ticket office, this will mean you need to purchase a single journey to travel to a pier with a ticket office.
