- On Monday 3 November, one winner will be selected at random to win a family VIP package for The Queen's House Ice Rink and a family Hop-on Hop-off ticket to travel all-day with Uber Boat by Thames Clippers.
- The winner must reply by 10am on Wednesday 5 November; otherwise, Uber Boat by Thames Clippers reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner.
- The family VIP package for The Queen's House Ice Rink includes:
- 4 tickets (2 adults and 2 children aged 3 to 12 years old);
- ice skates rental;
- a 45-minute ice skating session;
- dedicated boot hire desk;
- fast-lane entry to the ice;
- free bag check;

- The tickets for The Queen's House Ice Rink must be redeemed by Thursday 11 December for any skate sessions - subject to availability. Once a date and time has been selected no exchanges will be allowed.
- Please arrive 40 minutes before your session.
- Winner's details will be shared with LIVE IT in order to award the prize.
- The winner will also receive a Family Hop-on Hop-off ticket for all-day unlimited travel with Uber Boat by Thames Clippers to redeem by 28 February 2026.
- A Family Hop-on Hop-off allows for unlimited one day travel on board Uber Boat by Thames Clippers services for 2 adults and up to three children (5 to 15). 4 and under travel free.
- The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding Royal Museums of Greenwich, LIVE IT and Uber Boat by Thames Clippers employees, their immediate families and affiliated companies.
