All items found on our vessels are logged onto the NotLost database. It can take between 24 – 48 hours for a found item to be registered.

Registering
If you have lost your item then please register your item on NotLost with as many details as possible.
Collecting an item
Our team will then check your request and if there is a match we will let you know via email. You will be prompted to choose how you would like to collect your item either by post (includes postage fee) or collection (free).
