All items handed into our Lost Property are logged onto the MissingX database. Please search using the link below. To see if your property has been found, describe the item lost using one word then enter the date when it was lost. It can take between 24 – 48 hours for a found item to be registered. All items are retained for three months, which after will be destroyed, donated or sold.
Our teams are currently experiencing an unprecedented volume of requests and appreciate your patience whilst we work to resolve your request as quickly as possible.
Please be advised that we do not keep or take enquiries for the following;
- Individual credit or debit cards, which will be securely destroyed when found. We recommend you contact your bank immediately to report the loss and arrange a replacement.
- Individual Oyster cards or Photocards as these are returned directly to TfL. Please visit TfL Refunds and Replacements page for details on how to arrange a replacement.
- Lighters, e-cigarettes, foodstuffs, soiled clothing, highly flammable substances or other items that may be hazardous to store.
Reclaiming an Item
You are able to claim your item by clicking on the claim button next to the item from your results page. We will then send you a link to pay for shipping to a destination of your choice.
If your item is not shown on the results page then please register the lost item at the top of the Results page. When you register your item and details with MissingX, we will let you know by email if we find your item.
