Rivington Greenwich Easter Egg Hunt

Sunday, 1st April Rivington Greenwich will be holding an Easter egg hunt in Greenwich Park. 25 white plastic eggs are going to be hidden around the park, each with a note attached directing those who find them to visit the restaurant and claim prizes ranging from chocolate treats to a meal for a family of four. The hunt will kick off at 8:30am, and those lucky enough to find an egg must return it to Rivington Greenwich by 5pm that day to claim their treat. See more here.

London Transport Museum

Visit London Transport Museum this Easter for family-friendly activities! From a Young Engineers workshop and storytelling sessions inspired by James Greathead, the man who created the first tunnel digging machine to help build the Underground in the 19th century, to their new Digging Deeper gallery and The Secret Life of a Megaproject exhibition, part of the Year of Engineering. Battersea Power Station

This holiday, Battersea Power Station will be holding an Easter extravaganza with a range of FREE family-friendly activities. From Friday 30 March - Sunday 15 April, you can enjoy their daily Roller Disco, which includes skating lessons from 10:00 - 12:30 and open skating from 14:00 - 16:00. They also have plenty free arts and crafts sessions including Easter Bonnet making and Plant growing workshops. Find out more here.

Dinosaurs in the Wild

National Army Museum

A series of free jungle-themed activities for kids is taking place during the Easter holidays. These include jungle survival skills sessions (March 30 to April 15) and the chance to go ‘hands-on’ with cockroaches, spiders and snakes (if you dare!) on March 31, April 4, 7, 8 and 11. See more here.

The O2

Calling all super-hero fans: DC Exhibition: Dawn of Super Heroes has landed at The O2 to showcase DC's rich history, unique mythology and iconic super heroes and super villains such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and The Joker. The exhibition features more than 200 original comic pages, around 300 preparatory sketches and concept artworks for the cinema, together with 45 original costumers, models and props used in iconic films.
