Café bars are open aboard our vessels with special measures in place for the safety of customers and staff. Please be aware of the following:

  • Door Fill

    Do not eat or drink inside the cabin

     Following Government guidance, from 12 April food and drink can be bought on board for takeaway or for consumption on the outside back deck. Please do not eat or drink inside the cabin.

    Sign up to Track and Trace

    Café bar customers who are eating or drinking on board (not applicable to takeaway only) are required to register for Track and Trace.

    All passengers are recommended to register their contact details for Track and Trace once on board.

    With your smartphone or NHS Track and Trace app, scan one of the QR codes around the vessel or visit thamesclippers.com/track-and-trace.

    In-seat ordering remains suspended

    To avoid confusion, in-seat ordering is currently suspended.

    Approach the café bar to order, clear screens are in place and please respect social distancing if queuing.

    Remember, we're only accepting cashless payments at the moment.

    Our menu

    Our café bars are now able to sell alcoholic beverages again. Like all food and beverages, alcoholic beverages must not be consumed in the cabin.

Covid-19 safety measures

NHS Track and Trace

All passengers are recommended to register their contact details for the purpose of NHS Track and Trace.

Please register using one of the following:

  1. Scan QR code with your NHS COVID-19 App.
    See posters on display around the vessel. These display a QR code that’s unique to the vessel. 

  2. Visit thamesclippers.com/ track-and-trace
    Select the vessel you're on to register (the name of the vessel will be displayed on board)

  3.  If you don’t have internet access on board, please give your details to a member of staff

Personal information you provide to us for NHS Track and Trace will be stored securely and will only be used for the purposes of complying with the Track and Trace legislation. We will delete your data after 21 days.
