In-seat ordering

Currently, in-seat ordering is suspended and we are only able to provide a take-away café bar service. In lower tiers, when eating or drinking on board is allowed, you can order in-seat by:

  1. Taking a seat, we’ll come to take your order
  2. Opening our ‘in-seat ordering’ site at thegoodtill.com/thamesclippers;
    (QR codes are also displayed on the vessels.)
    • Selecting the boat you’re on
    • Placing your order
    • Once it’s ready we’ll call out your name and deliver to your seat

NHS Track and Trace

All passengers are recommended to register their contact details for the purpose of NHS Track and Trace.

Please register using one of the following:

  1. Scan QR code with your NHS COVID-19 App.
    See posters on display around the vessel. These display a QR code that’s unique to the vessel. 

  2. Visit thamesclippers.com/ track-and-trace
    Select the vessel you're on to register (the name of the vessel will be displayed on board)

  3.  If you don’t have internet access on board, please give your details to a member of staff

Personal information you provide to us for NHS Track and Trace will be stored securely and will only be used for the purposes of complying with the Track and Trace legislation. We will delete your data after 21 days.
