From 24 September 2020, we are implementing new measures for our café bar, following UK Government law that takes effect from this date.

Planning to eat and drink whilst on board?

You should not approach the café bar; you will need to order from your seat. There are two options:

  1. Please take a seat and we’ll come to take your order
  2. Open our ‘in-seat ordering’ site at thegoodtill.com/thamesclippers;
    (QR codes are also displayed on the vessels.)
    • Select the boat you’re on
    • Place your order
    • Once it’s ready we’ll call out your name and deliver to your seat

Planning to take away only?

Please approach the café bar to order. Please note: walk-up bar service is only available for takeaway; this is the new legal requirement.

  3.  If you don’t have internet access on board, please give your details to a member of staff
