Uber Boat by Thames Clippers are the leading River Bus service on the Thames running a 20-30 minute frequency service from Royal Wharf to key London piers including North Greenwich, Canary Wharf, London Bridge City, Blackfriars and Embankment.

Since we restarted services on 15 June, we have implemented a range of enhanced hygiene and social distancing measures to allow for a safer transport option through London. We are keen to support London’s workers with getting moving again as we start to see an ease in the lockdown measures.

Royal Wharf Pier is conveniently located on the south side of the development, just minutes away.

Uber Boat by Thames Clippers is offering residents of new Royal Wharf completions (eligible buildings listed in terms and conditions) a free 1 Week Season Ticket on the River Bus.

  3. Email marketing@thamesclippers.com with ‘Royal Wharf Welcome Offer’ as the subject of the email and include the following information:
    • Full name
    • The email address you signed up with
    • Proof of address
    • The river zones you wish to travel within.
      Available zones include East, Central, and West.

We will add a week’s free travel for you on your app. All you need to do is show your live ticket on your phone each time you board. Please also familiarise yourself with our new social distancing measures before you travel.

Terms and conditions

  • Offer only available to residents of James Cook, John Cabot Core A, John Cabot Core B, John Cabot Core C, John Cabot Core D, Marco Polo and Pinnacle at Royal Wharf. Proof of address needs to be provided (photo or scan of utility bill or ID with same name as person redeeming offer).
  • Offer valid for and available to customers who have never purchased a season ticket via the Thames Clippers Tickets app or who have not purchased a season ticket via the Thames Clippers Tickets app since 22 June 2019.
  • Offer must be claimed by the offer deadline for your building of residence. Offer deadlines for each building are listed below:
