April 2014 Fare and Timetable Update
April 1st 2014 will see an update to our timetables and fares.
From April 1st 2014 we will be adding additional stops at Cadogan Pier on our Putney to Blackfriars route, due to increased demand. This means we will be serving the pier more frequently in the morning and evening commuter hours and later into the evening. All of our other timetables will be staying the same, with our 20 minute frequency at central London piers.
We have listened to passenger feedback and from April 1st 2014 will be bringing our Late Night Services in line with our main commuter service, meaning that regular discounts such as 10% off with Oyster pay as you go and a 1/3 off with valid Travelcards will apply. Children’s fares will be available on this service and under 5s will travel for free. We have also listened to passengers about the £2.50 top up fare that applies when switching between the Commuter and Putney – Blackfriars services and have discontinued this fare from April 1st 2014.
Our adult single commuter fare will be increasing to £6.80; which is in line with inflation, whilst we will be freezing our adult return fare at £12.00. Our commuter season tickets will also be frozen, with no increase whatsoever, representing an even greater saving for our regular passengers of up to 70% off our standard fares or around £2 a journey for annual season ticket holders.
Our Putney to Blackfriars fare will be increasing to £6.70 with a return at £13.40.
Two new routes will be included in our cheaper Cross River fare, you will be able to travel between Greenwich and North Greenwich and between London Bridge and Tower for £4.00 one way or £7.20 return.
