Established in 1999 with just one boat, Thames Clippers now carry over 7000 passengers per day. Our company continues to expand as more and more people appreciate the advantages of river travel.

Accessibility

We are easily accessible for all passengers. Our boats are all wheelchair and pram accessible at boarding points. Interior and door dimensions of toilet facilities vary by vessel and are as follows.

Ramps are used for passenger boarding and unloading at each pier. Please ask the crew for boarding assistance if needed.

Ticket concessions

Disabled passengers with correct ID get 50% off our scheduled services and we offer a carer 50% off, too. We also offer disabled passengers who travel on The O2 express a free ticket for their carer to travel with them.
