The Tate to Tate service operates between 10.00 and 17.00 seven days a week between Tate Modern (Bankside Pier) and Tate Britain (Millbank Pier). Departures every 40 minutes. Season tickets are also available.

Tate to Tate Service Timetable (as of 13 Oct 2008) [Opens in new window]The Hilton Ferry Service operates between Canary Wharf Pier and Hilton Docklands Riverside seven days a week. Season tickets are also available. Adult single tickets are £3.20 and all concession rates are valid. The River daily Roamer ticket (£12) is also valid on this service.

Oyster PAYG

Thames Clippers are now offering Oyster pay as you go as an ad hoc user solution and will no longer be issuing unit cards. Those unit cards still in circulation are valid until the date shown on their reverse. No refunds or exchanges will be made on these tickets once the "valid until" date has passed.

Weekly Season Ticket

In October 2009 Thames Clippers introduced a new ticketing strategy. Following customer feedback we have taken steps to simplify the process further. Below is an update on our ticketing structure:

  • To provide additional choice and flexibility, we introduced a weekly season ticket from 15 December 2009. Like all season tickets this offers unlimited use over the set time period as well as considerable savings in comparison to single fares.
  • To simplify the renewing of all season tickets, customers will now be issued with a 2-part photo card which will improve the speed and ease with which these tickets are issued at piers and on the boats. A photograph needs only to be supplied once on first application of the ticket.
