How to Book

Buying your ticket is easy with Thames Clippers. We offer a variety of tickets to suit your individual travel needs such as single journeys, individual River Roamer tickets (valid for unlimited travel from
10.00 - 22.00 Monday to Friday and 08.00 - 22.00 Saturday and Sunday), Family River Roamer tickets (valid for up to 2 adults and 3 children during River Roamer hours) or season tickets for 1 month, 6 months and 12 months.

Purchase your tickets today to beat the ticketing queues. Tickets are available online, on piers or onboard.

Travelling to The O2 for an arena event? Travel to The O2 in comfort on The O2 Express direct service from Waterloo Pier. The service commences prior to the start of an event and specific timings can be found on The O2 Express booking page. The first boat departs QEII Pier at The O2 15 minutes after the event ends, any further services will dock, fill to capacity and depart. Westbound departures depend on the finishing times of the events and we are therefore unable to provide scheduled departure times for these sailings Tickets are only available in advance on our website, please see The O2 Express booking page for more information.

Please note that on the scheduled commuter service Thames Clippers does not operate priority booking for those with pre-purchased tickets; tickets do not guarantee a place onboard select vessels. Purchasing tickets in advance does reduce the waiting time as you are able to bypass the ticketing queue.
