Why am I told that a boat was at capacity when I can see empty seats through the window?Every passenger is guaranteed a seat onboard Thames Clippers, but not all passengers are seated at all times. Some of our passengers may be enjoying the refreshments and snacks at the bar, or the couch area at the front of the boat while others enjoy the view from the back deck area. Thames Clippers operates to the maximum capacity permitted by safety regulations and does not allow any additional passengers in order to provide a safe environment for those onboard. How do I purchase tickets?Whether you are travelling with Thames Clippers on your daily commute, between the Tate galleries, on the Hilton Ferry or to The O2 on an arena event night, tickets are available in advance online, on piers or onboard. Single journeys and River Roamer tickets are available online. To purchase your tickets today, click on Buy Now in the blue box at the bottom left hand side of the home page. If purchasing a season ticket, then download the season ticket form or pick up a copy next time your onboard Thames Clippers. Single journey tickets, River Roamer tickets, Family River Roamer tickets, Season Tickets (1, 6 or 12 months) and concession discount tickets are all available on piers or onboard. Breakfast favourites in the morning (including pastries, bacon butties, tea and coffee), delicious fresh sandwiches and buffet snacks for lunch and in the evening we offer snacks and a beverages from the fully licensed bar. Are toilets and baby changing facilities available onboard?Vessels are equipped with toilets (including disabled facilities) for passenger use. Our 220 seat catamarans also have baby changing facilities. Are the boats easily accessible for all passengers?Our boats are all wheelchair and pram accessible at the boarding points, in the interior and in the toilet facilities.
